When you’re on the roads, you expect other people to be as cautious
as you are. You may have family in the vehicle with you or be traveling
with friends. Your safety, as well as their safety, is vital to you.

That’s why when an accident takes place, it can be truly devastating.
Even if you weren’t responsible, you can feel guilty or as if you
should have been able to do something to stop the accident. Regardless
of this, it’s important to remember that someone else was responsible,
and there may be a way for you to seek compensation for your injuries
and the injuries to those you love.

A case you may be able to relate to is this one that took place in Wauseon,
Ohio, near Toledo. In the accident, two women from Fulton County were
driving on State Route 108 when the first, a 41-year-old woman, drove
her vehicle left of center and into the path of a vehicle being driven
by a 76-year-old woman. The 78-year-old’s vehicle went off the road
and was found in a nearby ditch at around 9:40 p.m. by police.

Following the accident, three people were injured including the two drivers
and one passenger. The passenger riding with the 76-year-old woman, a
60-year-old woman from Cumberland, Ohio, suffered minor injuries, according
to police. The two drivers were flown to a Toledo hospital for treatment.
The Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center reported that the 41-year-old woman
was in critical condition following the accident, but it did not release
details on the 76-year-old woman.
